Hirano combines painting with performance, positioning his live paintings as a “tour of the unusual”. He has created a number of large-scale public murals, the largest being in Fukuoka where he lives and works.
平野喜愛把繪畫藝術與表演藝術結合， 展演即興繪畫， 視之為⌈不尋常的旅程⌋。曾於公共空間創作多幅大型牆上塗鴉， 當中最大的作品位於福岡。現於福岡居住及工作。
