Based in Hong Kong since 1996, MAP Office researches and elaborates upon physical and imaginary territories through drawing, photography, video, installations, performance, and literary and theoretical texts. Using techniques such as humor, games, and fiction, their project forms a critique of spatio-temporal anomalies and documents how human beings subvert and appropriate space. Their work has been exhibited internationally at over 30 Biennales/Triennales and at major institutions such as the MOMA and the Georges Pompidou Centre. Their practice was the subject of a monograph, MAP Office – Where the Map is the Territory (2011) and was the recipient of the 2013 Sovereign Asian Art Prize.
MAP Office 是由
