DESCRIPTION:Jane’s Walk 2017 (Hong Kong) 珍的散步節 \nThe first edition of Jane’s Walk in Hong Kong\, an event celebrating the legacy of urbanist Jane Jacobs\, will take place in North Point. Coinciding with the opening of the exhibition Always at the edge of things and between places\, Jane’s Walk 2017 will consist of a series of mini-walks with different themes connected to various matters of concern related to urbanism. The walks will be led by active urban researchers\, thinkers\, and civil society organizations in Hong Kong. Participants can register for one or more walks happening throughout the afternoon and visit the exhibition afterwards.
