Below it is JCCAC\, Mei Ho House\, and SCAD (the former North Kowloon Magistracy). The staircase walk in Garden Hill immerses us in the history of a public housing estate rather than looking at it from the outside in the museum (or mausoleum) in Mei Ho House.
